Our company is looking for a HR Executive : Learning and Development to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing L&D Strategy in line with business Strategy and HR strategy;
  • Accountable for design, development, and release of knowledge systems, applications, and;

  • Use innovation and technology to continually advance the L&D service offering;
  • Identify specific tasks and skills that are essential for the successful implementation and;
  • Compile budgets, both annual and project-based depending on client’s needs and taking into;
  • internationally;
  • benchmarking activities which identify trends and best practise;
  • Implement, monitor and manage budget, providing regular financial reports to relevant;
  • Establish and define the learning and development plan while ensuring best practice in the Global operating environment;
  • Ensure profitability, ROI and sustainability;
  • Develop relevant L&D policies in support of the objectives of stakeholders across all international;
  • Advise, review and measure current L&D effectiveness and efficiencies as well as provide;
  • Oversee the effective delivery of L& D interventions both locally and internationally.

Requirements:

  • Have a modern approach to the teach savy world that the retail industry will operate in;
  • Bachelor degree in Training / HR / Organizational Development or related field;
  • 10-12 years relevant experience within the L&D space at senior management level. 3;
  • In depth knowledge of learning and development practice, locally and abroad;
  • Relevant Honours degree.
