Our company is looking for a Head of Human Resources to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support leadership team on organizational design;
  • Ensure HR KPIs are measured and develop strategies it improve;
  • Work as strategic business partner with other department managers and supervisors to ensure HR talent management goals and objectives are achieved;
  • Monitor C&B structures, pay policies, and market trend to make necessary changes;
  • Review and manage any general affairs including office management and company activities;
  • Lead an effective recruitment and selection process that will identify qualified talent;
  • Investigates employee concerns or complaints, works with team to develop resolutions;
  • Lead and coordinate performance management system;
  • Employee Relations to create a positive work environment;
  • Identify training needs and develop, implement, and deliver training. Programs;
  • Change management process.

Requirements:

  • Local compensation and HR related matters; labor environment;
  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR;
  • BCom Human Resources or equivalent;
  • Change Management experience;
  • Transformation Experience;
  • Mining HR experience is preferred.
