Head of Human Resources Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Head of Human Resources to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support leadership team on organizational design;
- Ensure HR KPIs are measured and develop strategies it improve;
- Work as strategic business partner with other department managers and supervisors to ensure HR talent management goals and objectives are achieved;
- Monitor C&B structures, pay policies, and market trend to make necessary changes;
- Review and manage any general affairs including office management and company activities;
- Lead an effective recruitment and selection process that will identify qualified talent;
- Investigates employee concerns or complaints, works with team to develop resolutions;
- Lead and coordinate performance management system;
- Employee Relations to create a positive work environment;
- Identify training needs and develop, implement, and deliver training. Programs;
- Change management process.
Requirements:

- Local compensation and HR related matters; labor environment;
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR;
- BCom Human Resources or equivalent;
- Change Management experience;
- Transformation Experience;
- Mining HR experience is preferred.
