Our company is looking for a Head Of Hr to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the Learning and Development plan and manage internal/external Learning and Development;
  • Ensure awareness of LRA, Basic Conditions of Employment Act and all other labor legislation;
  • Develop and execute initiatives to further improve the company’s staff diversity;
  • Represent the company at the CCMA;
  • Address Industrial Relations matters knowledgeably and effectively;
  • Innovative problem-solving;
  • Experience in the Asset Management or Financial Services environment is key;
  • Strong organizational, influencing and leadership skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and to provide useful and strategic advice to the Senior Executive team;
  • Intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, especially in the People domain;
  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Senior HR Generalist or Head of HR;
  • Composed and resilient under pressure;
  • Highly organized with a high level of customer focus;
  • Accurate and detail orientated;
  • Confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with all people.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience as a Senior HR Generalist or Head of HR;
  • Post Graduate Degree and/or Degree in Human Resources Management;
  • Experience in the Asset Management or Financial Services environment is key.
