General Supervisor Breakdown Instrumentation Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a General Supervisor Breakdown Instrumentation to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight (plan, monitor, control) of critical Maintenance activities to ensure quality and performance;
- Supports safe and efficient execution of Instrumentation maintenance in his area;
- Provides technical expertise to Area Instruments out with breakdown recovery;
- Develop and implement best practices for maintenance work procedures and methods;
- Review / Support of prestart process safety reviews;
- Manage and coordinate optimization projects including subcontractors if required;
- Ensure all working practices comply with the Ambatovy HSE policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the following: Trouble shooting and Fault finding;
- Minimum 10 years of instrumentation breakdown experience 5 years Supervisory level;
- Event analysis methods e.g. RFCA, ICAM;
- Interpret engineering drawings;
- Maintenance workflow process;
- Technical Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation is required;
- Rotating equipment maintenance;
- Profibus, PCS7, Siemens.
