Our company is looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light;
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and the companys management;
  • Identify, develop and maintain relationships with potential customers;

  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends;

  • Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs;

  • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities;
  • Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets;
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network;
  • Plan approaches and pitches while working with the team to develop proposals that address the clients needs, concerns, and objectives.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering OR Business Sciences including technical refrigeration subject matter expertise;
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales principles, product and pricing, distribution, supply chain, sales forecasting techniques;
  • Familiar with SAP and CRM technology;
  • MS Office literate;
  • 5 – 7 Years’ experience in technical refrigeration sales;
  • Ability to identify new target markets and close deals.
