Our company is looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Internal and standard operating procedure process;
  • Operational audits – client service and key operational risks;
  • Assisting in implementing best practice initiatives to improve service levels, cost efficiency and cost effectiveness;
  • Assisting with consolidating information from various role players and coordinating this process with business;
  • Management expenses – All expenses, cost saving initiatives and budget;
  • Align the Specialist Claims strategy with claims strategy;
  • Co-ordination of ad hoc request;
  • Management information and Analytics;
  • Responsible for total process design and compliance;
  • AJS Operating System – Maintenance, System Enhancement and Operational incident management;
  • Projects – Champion initiatives and responsible for implementation on a national basis.

Requirements:

  • Problem Solving Skills;
  • Communication skills;
  • Matric plus relevant graduate qualification in Business / Project management / IT or Data Science;
  • Time Management skills;
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Data Analytic;
  • Understanding of Information Technology;
  • Analytical Skills;
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Financial or Business related environment;
  • Negotiation skills;
  • Decision making skills;
  • Understanding of Business Processes.
