Our company is looking for a customer service executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage turnaround times for transportation of goods;
- Draw up SOP’s for clients;
- Knowledge of Incoterms, exports, imports, freight forwarding, freight rates etc;
- Compile presentations to customers;
- Back office support on allocated customer accounts;
- Must have good business acumen and understanding of the air and sea freight industry;
- Assist with quotations and estimates;
- Oversee customer freight movements from start to finish;
- Identify inefficiencies and apply corrective action.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle;
- Min. 10 years’ experience in a logistics/freight focussed role.
