Our company is looking for a customer service executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage turnaround times for transportation of goods;
  • Draw up SOP’s for clients;
  • Knowledge of Incoterms, exports, imports, freight forwarding, freight rates etc;
  • Compile presentations to customers;
  • Back office support on allocated customer accounts;
  • Must have good business acumen and understanding of the air and sea freight industry;
  • Assist with quotations and estimates;
  • Oversee customer freight movements from start to finish;
  • Identify inefficiencies and apply corrective action.

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle;
  • Min. 10 years’ experience in a logistics/freight focussed role.
