Our company is looking for a Field Service Technician / Product Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales team at shows and demonstration days ;
- Assembly / Facility related work and tasks ;
- Assembly of new machines (Facility located in Brits) ;
- Product Support (Office based and call-out when needed) ;
- Commission of newly delivered product/machines ;
- Dealer/Customer communication and support ;
- In-Field Technical Support (Agricultural Machines) ;
- Other responsibilities within the scope of this position.
Requirements:
- Good technical knowledge of Agricultural Machinery;
- Agricultural machinery background is essential;
- Ability to speak and write in both Afrikaans and English;
- Technical Experience (Agricultural);
- Drivers certificate and clean driving record;
- Qualified Technician or Technical Qualification (Advantageous).
