Our company is looking for a Industrial Hose Sales and Service Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Protect and maintain existing business and obtain new customer business either directly or indirectly;
- Develop an annual sales plan, including sales budgets, promotions, and account management activities;
- Collate customer, competitor and market information as basis from which to set goals for the effective growth of the Company;
- Submit sales activity and forecast reports to Product Manager;
- Maintain daily/weekly planner and record all active information on the respective Reporting templates;
- Respond immediately to customer inquiries/needs and provides positive, correct and courteous service to customers;
- Aim to achieve or exceed set sales target monthly and annually;
- Ensure client awareness of how the Company operates and of the services and products available to them;
- Develop a sound knowledge of the territory/customer base and its potential;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Ability to work well with people;
- Valid drivers license;
- Solid Time Management skills;
- A Tertiary education in the sales field is desirable;
- Knowledge of Industrial hoses, Couplings and their respective applications;
- 3 to 5 years sales experience in a similar environment;
- Competent in assessing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities;
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills;
- Solid Organizing skills;
- Ability to work independently;
- Reliable Transport;
- Demonstrated sales experience, sales skills and achievements in a related industry position for a sustained period;
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
