Our company is looking for a Property Development Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- A solid Development Manager remains responsible for the entire development process from inception to trading;
- Managing, reviewing and co-ordinating all town planning related activities up to proclamation of the required development right;
- Ensuring a seamless and detailed integration of the dedicated project manager function;
- Assisting in the qualification of consultants used during the pre-design and pre-construction phases;
- Managing, reviewing, facilitating and co-ordinating the project designs, costings, feasibilities and funding.
Requirements:
- A proactive approach which the ability to manage many tasks and activities across a broad spectrum of project types and needs is essential;
- Have a good technical understanding of construction / construction management and procurement activities;
- Understand property development funding and assist with the engagement of property development funders (Debt & Equity) in proposed projects;
- Have a good technical understanding of construction / construction management and procure.
