Account Manager/Customer Relationship Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Account Manager/Customer Relationship Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the internal CRM process;
- Continuous updating of industry product and job knowledge;
- Monitor and analyse customer usage of products;

Requirements:

- Ability to operate in a highly competitive environment;
- Comprehensive understanding of the market.
