Our company is looking for a Telco Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the sales team;
  • Extensive liaison with other departments;
  • Sales performance management and reporting;
  • Growing the customer base;
  • Leading and developing the sales team;
  • Retaining, up selling and cross selling to existing customers;
  • All aspects of sales management including: Budgeting;
  • Managing the internal CRM process;
  • Preparing and presenting proposals.

Requirements:

  • 3 — 5 years sales management experience;
  • Matric (post matric qualification in marketing or sales will be advantageous, but not essential.);
  • Ability to operate in a highly competitive environment;
  • A proven track record of 3 — 5 years sales in the Telco space (previous industry experience in office automation and PABX will be advantageous.);
  • Ability to build and manage a strong team;
  • Comprehensive understanding of the market;
  • Ability to communicate and sell at a senior level.
