Telco Sales Manager Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Telco Sales Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the sales team;
- Extensive liaison with other departments;
- Sales performance management and reporting;
- Growing the customer base;
- Leading and developing the sales team;
- Retaining, up selling and cross selling to existing customers;
- All aspects of sales management including: Budgeting;
- Managing the internal CRM process;
- Preparing and presenting proposals.
Requirements:
- 3 — 5 years sales management experience;
- Matric (post matric qualification in marketing or sales will be advantageous, but not essential.);
- Ability to operate in a highly competitive environment;
- A proven track record of 3 — 5 years sales in the Telco space (previous industry experience in office automation and PABX will be advantageous.);
- Ability to build and manage a strong team;
- Comprehensive understanding of the market;
- Ability to communicate and sell at a senior level.
