  • Manage all outlets within the facility including the treatment rooms, wet area, gym and health bar;
  • Identify individual training needs or development opportunities for employees and action or plan interventions accordingly;

  • 3-5 years experience as a Spa Therapist, ideally some of which should be in a supervisory or management capacity;
  • Basic accounting skills for stock take and retails sales management;
  • Able to problem solve effectively;
  • Able to maintain Staff discipline and HR requirements as required;
  • Sound financial acumen;
  • Purchasing and inventory skills;
  • Spa-related qualification;
  • Good attention to detail, even when multi-tasking;
  • Able to work in a pressurised environment;
  • Able to lead a Team and offer support.
