Our company is looking for a Executive PA Office Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • General requirements – ad hoc duties that support the functioning and operations of the business as a whole;
  • Communications and PR – monitoring of good and bad publicity, dealing with outsourced media and marketing agencies as required;
  • Assistant to Senior Management – assistance with the execution of required tasks, operations and some personal affairs within reason.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience (at least 2 of these must be at an executive support level;
  • Valid South Africa driver’s license with a reliable vehicle;
  • Preferably experience within a professional services / corporate environment;
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable tertiary institution in marketing, communications, PR or business management (essential).
