Plan, direct, or coordinate one or more administrative services of an organization, such as records and information management, mail distribution, facilities planning and maintenance, custodial operations, and other office support services.

Our company is looking for a Office Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Following up on quotes;
  • Process orders / quotations;
  • Conversing with clients via email;
  • Attend to telephonic sales enquiries from potential clients;
  • General admin duties / filing;
  • Front house Reception / switchboard.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently as a self- starter within the team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Afrikaans;
  • Minimum two years’ experience in Stock Control, especially reconciliations;
  • Minimum two years’ experience in office administration management;
  • Minimum one-year experience in H.R. / payroll;
  • Code 08 Drivers License;
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills;
  • Grade 12 (Matric);
  • Computer literate – Word, Excel & Outlook;
  • Own car / driver’s licence;
  • Well spoken (English first language);
  • Excellent computer skills (MS-Office and GRIPS System);
