- Responsible for managing, maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new clients, promoting the services of the business;
- Retain and nurture opportunities with repeat clients;
- Manage the recruitment process from interview to placement and beyond;
- Manage and retain high profile clients;
- Responsible for appointment of contractors, including all documentation and ongoing care of contractor – defined KPI;
- Maintain performance against KPI’s (weekly, monthly);
