The Sales Account Executive ensures that provided goods or services consistently meet client needs. Develops and maintains favorable relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase revenue. Being a Sales Account Executive may require a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent. May be responsible for providing sales quotations as well as sustaining and renewing client contracts. In addition, Sales Account Executive typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Our company is looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing, maintaining and developing relationships with existing and new clients, promoting the services of the business;
  • Retain and nurture opportunities with repeat clients;
  • Manage the recruitment process from interview to placement and beyond;
  • Manage and retain high profile clients;
  • Responsible for appointment of contractors, including all documentation and ongoing care of contractor – defined KPI;
  • Maintain performance against KPI’s (weekly, monthly);
  • Lead and actively input to the tender management process for existing and potential clients;
  • Support team available for recruitment but option to function on 360-basis if preferred.

Requirements:

  • Computer literate;
  • Clear criminal record;
  • Grade 12 (Matric);
  • Degree would be advantageous;
  • Effective communication, selling and negotiating skills;
  • Sales experience would be advantageous;
  • Good interpersonal skills and assertive negotiator at management level.
