Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Manage VAT, tax, and statutory submissions.
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes.
- Assist with annual audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Analyse financial data and provide meaningful insights to management.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls.
Requirements
- BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles (advantageous).
- 3–5 years' experience in a Financial Accountant role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax, and financial reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Sage, Pastel, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.muneration and benefits package.
