- Drive month-end and financial reporting tasks to deadlines.
- Keep reconciliations, controls, and supporting documentation accurate and audit-ready.
- Support preparation of management accounts and audit packs.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve clarity and usefulness of financial reports.
- Help maintain a compliant and efficient finance function.
- BCom degree.
- 2–3 years’ post-articles experience.
- Hospital or similar regulated-sector experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and solid accounting knowledge.
- Available to work on site in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, curious, and committed to professional growth.
