Requirements:
Location:
- Fluent in Native Dutch and English
- (spoken and written) – bilingual fluency is mandatory .
- Preferably experience in call center customer service.
- Comfortable with complex and technical computer systems.
- Team player with an international outlook.
- Willingness to work irregular shifts , including weekends (Operating hours: Mon–Sun, 07:00–22:00 NL time).
- Flexible work hours post-training: 40 hours/week standard, 36 or 32 hours possible.
- Be part of a dynamic, international airline environment .
