Our client, a dynamic player in the Information Technology sector, is seeking a dedicated Customer Success and Onboarding Agent who is fluent in German to join their team in Cape Town. This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving platform adoption in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Duties: Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a seamless implementation experience. Conduct online training sessions, product demonstrations, and customer meetings. Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and serve as their primary advisor. Monitor customer engagement proactively, identifying opportunities to enhance adoption and usage. Assist customers in achieving their goals by recommending best practices and platform features. Support customer retention efforts by identifying risks and resolving challenges early. Collaborate closely with Support, Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure customer success. Maintain accurate CRM records and track customer interactions. Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to inform continuous improvement. Requirements: 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer success, onboarding, or related role. Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and digital proficiency. Ability to build rapport and consultative relationships with customers. Good understanding of merchandise presentation and related concepts is a plus. Proficiency in R programming language is advantageous. Nice to Have: Experience working in the IT industry or technology-based environments.
