Our international client is seeking a results-driven Call Centre Agent (Independent Contractor) to manage outbound calls for their North American portfolio. You will engage with international customers and maintain high professional standards. Note this contract will initially be for 3 months and remote (work-from-home).You will need to meet the following criteria:Education: Minimum of a Matric certificate (Gr 12).Experience: 1 to 2 years of call centre experience.Language: Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent.Connectivity: Reliable home internet connection, preferably Fibre.Tech Skills: PC literate in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and Zoom.Core Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette, active listening, and objection handling, calm under pressure.How to Apply:Send a short 30-second voice note introducing yourself and your updated CV by no later than Monday, 27 July 2026.
