Communicate Finance
Job Description:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Own reconciliations, journals and month-end processes
- Monitor cash flow and support working capital management
- Analyse financial performance and investigate variances
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure VAT and statutory compliance
- Support internal and external audits
- Strengthen financial controls and improve processes
- Work closely with operational teams to support business performance
Skills & Experience:
- 1-3 years in an operational environment such as manufacturing, FMCG, agriculture, distribution, logistics or retail
- Strong accounting, reporting and reconciliation skills
- Exposure to management accounts, budgeting and forecasting
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Energetic, proactive and confident communicator
- Ambitious and eager to grow into a leadership role
Qualification:
Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
