Job Description :
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
- Develop, maintain, and improve costing systems and cost control measures
- Reconcile and monitor capital expenditure projects
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights to management
- Partner with operational stakeholders to drive profitability and business performance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret financial data and support business decision-making
- Experience within FMCG, Manufacturing, Logistics, Retail, or Commercial environments will be advantageous
- Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, costing, and management reporting
- Minimum 1 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- AMA (Associate Management Accountant) qualification is essential
- BCom, BTech Cost & Management Accounting, or a related finance qualification
- Relevant management accounting or commercial finance experience required
