- Bcomm
- Completed SAICA / SAIPA Articles
- Minimum 2–3 years' relevant accounting experience
- Property industry experience essential
- Strong Excel and Financial Reporting Skill.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, reconciliations, journals, and supporting schedules.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure the integrity of financial records.
- Process and review accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow activities.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience within a property-related environment.
- Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders.
