Schedule: USA operating hours, Rotational shifts & Monday to Sunday

- Matric / Grade 12
- At least 1 year of contact centre experience
- B2 level English language proficiency
- No criminal record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong empathy and a genuine customer first mindset
- Good problem solving and critical thinking skills
- The ability to learn quickly and work confidently across multiple systems
- The ability to remain calm, professional and solution focused under pressure
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability
- The ability to work effectively in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
