- Welcoming customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Managing the dealership switchboard and directing calls efficiently.
- Assisting with customer enquiries and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Coordinating visitor arrivals and notifying the relevant departments.
- Maintaining a neat, organised and welcoming reception and showroom area.
- Providing administrative support to the sales and management teams.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, courier bookings and general correspondence.
- Assisting with filing, data capturing and other general office administration duties.
- Ensuring customer refreshments and reception facilities are maintained.
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors to ensure increased market share and new vehicle sales and profitability (1st & 2nd Gross)
- Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care,
- Minimum of 2 years' reception or front-of-house experience, preferably within a dealership or customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-presented, professional and customer service orientated.
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
- Grade 12 (Matric) essential.
- Employment Equity (EE) candidates only.
- Must be willing to work shopping centre trading hours:
- Monday to Friday: 09h00 – 18h00
- Saturday: 09h00 – 16h00 (rotational)
- Sunday: 09h00 – 14h00 (rotational)
- Automotive experience required
