Responsibilities:
- Implement systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and guest satisfaction;
- Ensure the highest standards of service excellence and quality in the food and beverage department;
- Facilitate learning and development for all the team members of the outlet;
- Monitoring and controlling of various operating equipment, standards and inventories;
- Must ensure that duties are carried out in accordance with standards;
- Monitoring and controlling food and beverage costs and variances;
- Assist in all F&B outlets as and when required;
- Responsible for certain reporting deadlines, payroll & rosters.
Requirements:
- Team-orientated;
- Must have 3 to 5 years F&B management experience in a luxury hotel environment;
- Guest /staff focused;
- Must be flexible with regards to working hours;
- A motivated individual with good communication and interpersonal skills.
