Our company is looking for a Implementation Specialist (Software) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Business analysis – evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities;
- Training – provide training to and supporting external end user clients and staff on software usage;
- Report writing;
- Customer management;
- Provide support to the pre-sales team.
Requirements:
- Relevant technical degree/diploma;
- Understanding of software development methodologies, technologies and tools;
- 5 years’ experience in an implementation position within the financial/cash processing industry;
- Good understanding of web application deployment (ASP.Net preferable);
- This position requires traveling;
- Experience of delivering high value projects in a project management or implementation position;
- Good knowledge on MS Projects, Visio, SQL Server 2008, 2012, MS Office applications.
