Our company is looking for a System Support & Implementation Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Write business specifications for system enhancement and developments;
  • Independently attend meetings with Trustees, previous administrators and employers;
  • Perform system set up for new business;
  • Escalate and manage second and third tier system related tickets to applicable vendors;
  • Maintain application logical access control as defined by business policy;
  • Resolve first tier system related tickets logged by the business within business standards;
  • Analyse fund rules, policies and mandates and summarize in a fund setup document;
  • Perform system testing on new functionality;
  • Perform data analysis, uploads and reconciliation;
  • Internal system training;
  • Perform logical access control audits at a frequency defined by business policy;
  • Write test cases for new functionality;
  • Maintain the take on requirements document;
  • Maintain an administration training manual;
  • Perform administration process training to new clients.

Requirements:

  • Matric;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Everest system knowledge advantageous;
  • 5 years experience in the retirement fund industry.
