- Obtaining approval from the client for the deliverables;
- Analyse, understand and document existing business (IT) systems;
- Liaising with Project Management to determine acceptable timeframes and priorities for delivery to the client;
- Analyse, understand and document all business processes driven by the business (IT) systems as well as business operations;
- Performing requirements analysis. This may involve working closely with both clients and the implementation team to determine acceptable solutions;
- Work within the IT environment with the intent to understand the current state and help design and develop the future state;
- Provide training to end-users of systems.
