Our company is looking for a 3rd Party Service Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 3rd Party performance assessment to support Logistics Mgmt. with recommendation re areas of improvement and/or change in terms of cooperation;
  • Ensure that daily service KPIs are delivered by 3rd parties, so service to members is met;
  • Handle logistics HCM queries in a way that SLA is met;
  • Act as first tier problem resolution for issues escalated to 3rd parties;
  • Build excellent relationship external and internal focused on partnership in cooperation;
  • Monitor performance and identify/execute areas of improvement;
  • Report daily/monthly service performance KPIS;
  • Focus on SLA implementation and measuring execution toward it.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience from international company;
  • Matric/ Grade 12 Certificate;
  • Self-starting, proactive, make-it-happen mentality, don’t give up before committed task is done, able to get things done from people;
  • Experienced in in 3rd Party/Vendor management;
  • Bachelor’s degree or a master’s in Supply Chain, Operations or Business Related;
  • Excellent in relations building, works well with team (external and internal);
  • Good knowledge in Oracle as a plus;
  • Willing to travel (high domestic required ~ 30%);
  • Capable of remaining patient and calm when dealing with frustrated distributors;
  • Very good in communication with external parties as well as different internal levels;
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel;
  • Detail oriented, customer focused, and service oriented with excellent communication skills;
  • At least 7 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Vendor Management, Customer Service or other operations related field;
  • Experience in dynamic and flexible supply chain as a plus.
