Responsibilities:
- Responsible for securing new clients;
- Plan & execute approaches & pitches to clients;
- Ensure revenue is generated to reach targets;
- Convert new relationships into repeat business;
- Retaining business brought onboard;
- Negotiate with the clients and prospective clients as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits;
- Record and report on customer details / sales visits;
- Be able to execute negotiations through prospecting, cold calling, quantifying and closing deals;
- Meet and exceed targets set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department;
- Promote the services and products;
- Handle & overcome client objections;
- Comfortable with presenting to clients;

Requirements:
- Negotiation skills;
- Grade 12;
- At least 3 years New Business Road Freight experience is not negotiable;
- Own Vehicle — Essential;
- Strong communication skills;
- Solid sales track record;
- Strong consultative selling skills.
