Our company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Management and development of communication plan;
  • Meeting with the decision makers to close the deal;
  • Product and brand development;
  • Establishing and developing relationships with business partners;
  • Follow up on previous clients for assistance, changes;
  • New business development;
  • Management of Marketing team and budget;
  • Cross sell on different product ranges;

  • Cold call the businesses found either on the phone or by showing up at their door;

Requirements:

  • Experience organising & promoting corporate events, exhibitions, conferences & seminars (preferable);
  • At least 4 years experience in the technical training environment;
  • Experience working for a medium to large international company and with people from different cultural backgrounds;
  • Experience working and travelling abroad;
  • Degree or equivalent in a related field;
  • Experience managing budgets; market analysis; analysing sales figures, etc;
  • Excellent pc skills (Microsoft office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Able to demonstrate an ability to develop strong relationships with others in order to meet objectives;
  • Experience in dealing with external authorities/Govt agencies and ministries would be ideal but not essential;
  • Experience of marketing regulations and ethics;
  • Matric Senior Certificate;
  • Must have a track record of setting and achieving goals, delivering results on budget and within set deadlines;
  • Post matric sales and marketing qualification;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience at (Senior) Management level within a Sales and Marketing role;
