Our company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Management and development of communication plan;
- Meeting with the decision makers to close the deal;
- Product and brand development;
- Establishing and developing relationships with business partners;
- Follow up on previous clients for assistance, changes;
- New business development;
- Management of Marketing team and budget;
- Cross sell on different product ranges;
- Send quotes to clients via email;

Requirements:
- Experience organising & promoting corporate events, exhibitions, conferences & seminars (preferable);
- At least 4 years experience in the technical training environment;
- Experience working for a medium to large international company and with people from different cultural backgrounds;
- Experience working and travelling abroad;
- Degree or equivalent in a related field;
- Experience managing budgets; market analysis; analysing sales figures, etc;
- Excellent pc skills (Microsoft office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Able to demonstrate an ability to develop strong relationships with others in order to meet objectives;
- Experience in dealing with external authorities/Govt agencies and ministries would be ideal but not essential;
- Experience of marketing regulations and ethics;
- Matric Senior Certificate;
- Must have a track record of setting and achieving goals, delivering results on budget and within set deadlines;
- Post matric sales and marketing qualification;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience at (Senior) Management level within a Sales and Marketing role;
