Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, tax, and statutory requirements
- Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
- BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (essential)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel and accounting systems proficiency
