Role Description: The Executive Client Partner (Freelance | Commission-Based) is a remote, flexible role responsible for converting highly qualified inbound prospects into long-term retained clients. Working closely with the Founder, the Executive Client Partner will conduct discovery consultations, understand each prospect's operational needs, present Kumkani's premium service offering, recommend tailored solutions and guide prospects confidently through the decision-making process. This role focuses on building trusted relationships with founders, executives and business owners, handling negotiations within agreed commercial guidelines, and securing signed service agreements. The Executive Client Partner will maintain accurate CRM records, contribute insights to refine the client acquisition process and represent the Kumkani brand with professionalism, discretion and integrity while working towards agreed revenue and client acquisition targets.Qualifications: We're looking for someone with the ambition to grow alongside the business. As Kumkani expands, exceptional performance may lead to long-term leadership opportunities within the organization.Minimum 5 years' experience in consultative B2B sales, business development, client partnerships or account management, with a proven track record of closing high-value service or solution-based sales.Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with founders, executives, business owners and senior decision-maker.
