We are looking for a Sales Executive with flair who has a passion for the hotel industry and the drive to earn lucrative commission whilst building strong relationships with potential clients. This position is based in Parktown although the person will be spending most of their time out at clients. A driver's license and own reliable motor vehicle is essential. A drive and hunger to earn big whilst enjoying the glamour of the Hotel Industry is the name of the game! The Hotel Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and strong relationship management within the hospitality industry. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities and fostering partnerships to enhance the hotel's market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and building strong customer relationships. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and identify emerging trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional material and campaigns that attract potential clients. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and partners. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with various clients to secure business deals. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on progress and outcomes. Requirements: Demonstrable experience in hotel sales or a similar sales-focused role within the hospitality industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a focus on delivering results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and creativity. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification Experience in or familiarity with online sales platforms. Established network within the hospitality sector. Previous experience with event sales or corporate bookings. Basic Salary plus commission
