- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential client leads.
- Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Conduct cold calling and proactive business development activities.
- Achieve monthly revenue and profit targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Engage with stakeholders to drive business growth and advertising opportunities.
- Prepare and submit activity reports, pipeline reports and sales forecasts.
- Attend sales meetings and provide updates on opportunities and market activity.
- Implement client retention strategies and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Expand and maintain a strong client database.
- Relevant Diploma or Degree.
- Minimum 3 years' professional sales experience.
- Proven experience within advertising, media, sponsorship, marketing or related sales environments.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong business development and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage confidently with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver's licence.
- A passionate sales professional with a strong hunter mentality.
- Skilled at opening doors and creating new business opportunities.
- Confident networking and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Interested in the sports, entertainment and advertising industry
