Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within retail or a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Experience with business process modelling and documentation tools
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL advantageous)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
