DC - Health (Medical Aid) Telesales Consultant - Park Square KZN

Function: Call Center / Contact Center
Job Description
This position is based in the Discovery Connect Sales call centre and reports to the sales team leader.
The successful individual will be required to conduct Discovery Health telesales.
Responsibilities
- Identify sales opportunities.
- Answer inbound calls promptly and make required outbound calls.
- Coordinate own administration.
- Maintain accurate details and statistics of all queries.
- Communicate with members telephonically via fax and email.
- Attend to general administration.
- Achieve quality targets.

Qualification & Experience
- At least 1 year sales experience, preferably in an outbound telesales environment.
- Minimum 1 year health product knowledge; Discovery Health knowledge is an advantage.
- PC literacy – email, Word, Excel.
- Tertiary qualification is an advantage.
- NQF5 and RE5 qualification.
