Key Responsibilities
- Lead system architecture, technical design, and development standards.
- Mentor and guide a team of software engineers.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Design and develop web, mobile, and business-critical applications.
- Lead Flutter mobile app development for iOS and Android.
- Oversee app deployment and maintenance on the App Store and Google Play Store.
- Ensure solutions are secure, compliant, high-performing, and scalable.
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of emerging technologies.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 10+ years software development experience.
- 3+ years hands-on Flutter mobile development experience.
- Previous experience in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
- Strong expertise in:
- Flutter
- C# .NET / .NET Framework
- Angular
- SQL Server
- Microsoft Azure
- Docker / Kubernetes
- CI/CD pipelines and mobile testing frameworks
- Experience publishing and maintaining production mobile applications.
Ideal Candidate
- Strong software architecture and technical leadership background.
- Experience building secure, scalable, offline-first mobile solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for mentoring teams and driving technical excellence.
