Ideal Candidate Profile
- CA(SA), CIMA, or equivalent finance qualification
- Proven experience as a Financial Director, Finance Executive, or Head of Finance
- Strong commercial and strategic business acumen
- Experience within complex, multi-entity or group environments advantageous
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong financial reporting, governance, and compliance expertise
- Ability to influence business strategy and drive organisational performance
- Results-driven with excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities
