- Lead the full finance function
- Prepare monthly management accounts and board reporting
- Drive budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management
- Analyse project profitability and commercial performance
- Oversee tax, audit and statutory compliance
- Improve financial controls and business processes
- Lead and develop the finance team
- BCom Accounting
- CIMA qualification essential
- 5+ years in a Financial Manager role
- Manufacturing, engineering or project-based industry experience
- Strong commercial acumen
- ERP and advanced Excel experience
