Sales Consultant - Urgently Needed

Key ResponsibilitiesA. New Business DevelopmentProactively identify and prospect new client companies through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, and market research.Generate leads and convert them into qualified sales meetings with decision-makers (HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Leads, Business Owners, Executives).Present Tasiso Consulting's service offering, value proposition, and fee structure to prospective clients in a compelling and professional manner.Negotiate and close service level agreements (SLAs), terms of business, and placement fee agreements with new clients.Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business sales targets.Maintain an active and accurate sales pipeline, tracking prospects, meetings, and conversion rates.Sales Administration & ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activity on the company's CRM system.Prepare regular sales activity reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts for management.Ensure all client agreements, terms of business, and documentation are completed accurately and filed appropriately.Collaborate with the recruitment/delivery team to ensure smooth handover of new client accounts and role briefs.Assist in the preparation of proposals, pitch documents, and tender responses where required.
