Outbound Sales Consultant

We are seeking a motivated Outbound Sales Consultant to become a vital part of our on-site team in Gauteng.

Salary: R140,000 - R260,000 per year (Cost to Company, Negotiable)

Duties:

• Manage existing customer lead campaigns and generate new leads through consistent activity and high energy.

• Initiate conversations from cold leads, maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.

• Transition smoothly from live transfers, guiding clients through the sales process.

• Present quotes clearly and explain product features and benefits in straightforward language.

• Handle objections confidently to close sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Ensure all disclosures, recordings, and disclosures are completed accurately and promptly in the CRM.

• Achieve daily activity, talk-time, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain call quality and compliance scores, adhering to approved scripts and Treating Customers Fairly principles.

• Collaborate with team members to share best practices, support dialling strategies, and improve scripts.

Requirements:

• Matric certification with RE5 and FAIS qualification (e.g., NQF5 Wealth Management).

• Experience in telesales, active listening, persuasion, and effective communication.

• Knowledge of the class of business relevant to the products sold.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and CPD hours.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales environment.
