The inbound call centre representative is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with customers, generating sales leads, and closing sales. They must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.

- Generating leads and meeting sales goals
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
- Providing product education and customer service support
- Preparing and delivering sales presentations
- Conducting market research and analysis
- Recommending products to customers
- Updating customer records and tracking sales activity
