Client Relationship Manager

POP Warehouse is seeking an experienced
Client Relationship Manager (CRM) - Randburg to manage assigned client accounts from instruction to verified close-out, ensuring excellent client relationships, operational efficiency, commercial accuracy and consistent service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own client relationships, account performance and service delivery in line with agreed SLAs.
- Understand client requirements, business priorities, stakeholders and operating calendars.
- Translate client instructions into clear operational briefs, deliverables, timelines and priorities.
- Manage the end-to-end account workflow, including quotations, approvals, purchase orders, warehousing, distribution, installations, activations, evidence and invoicing support.
- Maintain hands-on knowledge of all relevant systems and processes, stepping in to execute or resolve operational matters when required.
- Guide and oversee Client Service Co-ordinators, ensuring accountability, accuracy and timely follow-through.
- Monitor service levels, costs, risks and outstanding work, proactively resolving issues and managing escalations.
- Prepare and present dashboards, performance reports, campaign close-out packs and client insights.
- Lead monthly meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and annual reviews, ensuring actions are documented and closed out timeously.
Minimum Qualifications And Experience
- Matric with Mathematics and a relevant tertiary qualification from a recognised institution.
- At least 8 years' relevant experience in client relationship management, logistics, project coordination or retail execution.
- Proven experience managing complex client accounts and multiple operational stakeholders.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work confidently with warehouse, logistics, workflow, reporting and client management systems.
- Experience in point-of-purchase (POP), retail execution, warehousing, distribution, installations, activations or event logistics will be advantageous.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation development skills.
