Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Minimum of 10 years' sales and/or telesales experience .
- At least 5 years' experience managing an Internal Sales or Telesales team .
- Experience within the animal health, pharmaceutical, FMCG, wholesale or distribution industry will be advantageous.
- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the branch's internal sales strategy in line with company objectives.
- Lead, motivate and manage an Internal Sales / Telesales team, including setting targets, monitoring performance, coaching and conducting performance management.
- Analyse sales performance, trends and product movement to maximise revenue.
- Manage back orders, product returns and promotional initiatives.
- Drive exceptional customer service and customer retention.
- Work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Manage escalated customer queries and stock-related matters.
- Prepare sales reports and monitor KPI performance.
