- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate new leads.
- Develop, grow and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare accurate quotations, sales reports and forecasts.
- Follow up on quotations and leads to convert opportunities into sales.
- Drive sales growth and consistently achieve or exceed targets.
- Stay up to date with market trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
- Provide professional and efficient service to clients throughout the sales process.
- Conduct product demonstrations or client visits when required.
- 2–3 years of proven Internal Sales experience.
- Experience within the industrial, warehouse or material handling equipment will be highly advantageous.
- Comfortable working with MS Office.
- Sage/Pastel experience will be an advantage.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- A confident, energetic and target-driven approach.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
- Professional appearance and a positive, go-getter attitude.
